Refund policy

If your reading doesn't feel like it was written about you, reply to any of our emails within 60 days and we'll refund it — no questions asked.

That means: within 60 days of buying the full reading, reply to any email we sent you — your receipt, the delivery email, a weekly email — or write to hello@patternsinlove.com from the address you used. Tell us it didn't feel like you. That's the whole process; there's nothing to return.

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You keep access to the free reading. Access to the buyer's full reading and any included companion report ends when the refund is issued; any pending invitation or shared partner view is also revoked.

The free reading costs nothing and has no refund. If you'd like your data deleted, see our privacy policy.
